Ballot-on-demand voting begins in Northampton County
The Northampton County Elections Office announced that ballot-on-demand voting for the April 23 primary will be available starting Tuesday at the Government Center, 669 Washington St., Easton.
Registered voters can vote in person on:
April 2-April 5 (8:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.)
April 6 (9 a.m. to noon)
April 8-12 (8:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.)
April 13 (9:00 a.m. to noon)
April 15 (8:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.)
April 16 (8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.); this is the last day for ballot-on-demand voting.
County residents who are eligible to vote can come to the elections office, register if they still need to (deadline to register is 5 p.m. April 8), fill out a ballot application that will be processed immediately and will be handed a ballot over the counter. Voters may fill out the ballot in the office and return it the same day or they can take it home and mail it back or use one of the secure drop-off boxes throughout county.
You must bring a valid ID with you to the Elections Office to receive a ballot. The County’s seven secure ballot drop-off boxes will be installed later this week.
Registered voters who have already applied for a mail-in ballot are not eligible for ballot-on-demand and must wait to receive their ballot in the mail.
